Please Include for All Students:

Enrollment Fee for each student, $1,500 before March 1, 2025, $1,600 as of March 1, 2025. (This is paid each year. $1,000 of the fee is applied toward tuition.)

For new students, please email the following documents to office@oakhillk12.com:

Current report card if entering 1st grade or higher.
Also include the previous year's report card if entering 2nd grade or higher.
Students entering high school should include records of all credits earned.
Standardized test scores if available.
A copy of your most recent Virginia health from may be included with this application or sent later.

You have received the 2025-2026 tuition schedule and agree to the terms and conditions.
Enrollment Fee and Tuition are not refundable. Payment constitutes a commitment for the year of for the portion of the year paid. If a student paying in installments is withdrawn from the school, parents are not required to pay additional tuition, except that parents agree to pay any tuition payments which would have been due on or before the date of withdrawal.
Extended care fees can be prorated by the school day as long as a family gives at least 2 weeks notice of withdrawal from before or after school care.
You authorize Oak Hill Christian School to obtain medical care deemed necessary for your child in the event that you cannot be located immediately.
Pictures and videos of your child may be included in materials such as school yearbooks, websites, and promotional materials.
